You are eligible for free legal aid if you fulfil the criteria under Section 12 (h) of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987.

Kindly you approach Legal Aid in your District Court within whose jurisdiction land is situated. If you are poor, then you will get free legal aid.

If you have and possess all the documents proving your title over the land to you can proceed for Recovery of possession. But keep in mind the principle of limitation.
