Advice on property Selling !

Question

One builder trying to take my property after giving taken Money he refuses to pay and playing delaying tactics.I returned the token money how he is theatning to send me legal notice.Also there is no document /contract for booking property.Need advice & clarity on this

Hire your local lawyer who can strongly reply in lieu of legal notice. Also complaint to local police station about threats.
