I sold a total amount of Rs1331000/ including gst vide 4 invoices to a party.Party paid me for 3 invoice but not paying for 1 invoice of Rs331000/ .The party now telling me that they paid to broker .How can I recover my money as invoice raised in my proprietorship firm and goods sold through e-way will and gst.please advise urgently??

Issue them notice through lawyer demanding your money and if he refused to pay then File Money RECOVERY SUIT IN COURT through lawyer.

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him/her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he/she fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations.
