I am a teacher in an Adarsh school which opened in 2012 under ppp scheme running as 70:30 ratio by government and private partner. I want to ask... Are we eligible for "Equal pay equal work " creteria ordered by supreme court ? If we dont get our full pay scale then what should we do? Can we file a case?
