I own a property that I am planning to sell and I am 80 years old. I am no lawyer, I am a layman and I am explaining my problem in layman terms. I have 5 siblings out of which three of them are women. They have signed property papers in my favor by giving me exclusive rights to the property in 1978 i.e., before men and women, equal rights were into effect. My sisters have now sent me a notice saying that they have rights to the property. After having a healthy discussion with them they have made fake promises that they will come and sign for no objection on property papers on the day of registration and I do not believe them. Is there any legal recourse to resolve this issue. Please help me out. I am mentally suffering.

Dear Sir, You may sell even without their consent if the purchaser is ready or get mortgage and get maximum amount and enjoy.

Yours is a vague question. You have to mention who is the original owner of the property. But if you say "You own the Property" , then no one else the right to interfere. in whose name the property is if the property is in your name then you can sell out the same you need not any no objection
