Currently, I am working on an IT project, where the user needs to share their location whenever they are in an emergency situation so that our rescue team will run to rescue them along with the police. Q.1) Is it legal to track the live location of the user if he/she allows our application to use? Q.2) Is it legal to send a rescue team to rescue someone along with police and family member?

track system is now a days also in cabs it's for help and not for harrasment for rescuing it is necessary that police and family be informed to be there as per situation
