I have taken Investment from few Members to Investment in Share market and agreed to pay profit every week. Almost 2 month I paid profit .almost 80% of initial amount paid through profit. Due to share market crash I lost all money and not able to pay their profit almost 2 and half month. I am planing to return their investment taking loan.but they are not ready to take investment Back. they blackmailing me Asking Profit also. I don't given any agreement only Call records and WhatsApp chats they have as proof. I have all transactions of received and paid amount please help me solve this?

If some cogent document signed by you is not in their possession, they legally cannot do anything except putting some social pressure upon you. Moreover, the Share Trading is always based on Market tendency which may fluctuate anytime abruptly. Be careful. Hi, You can file a complaint against them for criminal intimidation under Sections 503 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The Court can grant your protection if you need it.
