Getting Bail For Ipc 406,409,420

my father was working in an NGO called MYRADA in kadiri andrapradesh during 2013-2014 as a project officer in that organisation,in 2016 social work organisation have file a case against him and 60 others who were working with him at that time under ipc 406,409,420...negligence of work,inoppropriate use of funds and cheating for a sum of 72lk,but he worked their for only 1year after that he got transferred to another area and he left the job in 2016,nw an fir as been filed under thos ipc sections,but as we know he dint do any corruption their,we are a poor family,after he left the job in 2016,he came to karnataka and started his new buisness as a labour contractor,and that case was filed in 2016,nw on 18th sep 2017 police officers came to our residence and arrested him and took him to kadiri,he was unaware of the casses against him and he dint apply for any anticapatory bail,now police have given him to judicial custody,and we have found a lawyer their and he has applied for bail and argument will be on 25th sep 2017,what is the probality of him getting bail
