Dear Sir Is it possible to send a legal notice to a Railway Zonal HQ and RCF's for unfair treatment with Divisional HQ in Rakes/Trains etc.. Just asking on Curiosity.

Dear Sir, Yes, under Section 80 of IPC such notice can be issued and can file suit after 60 days thereafter.
