How Can I Avoid Conviction Under Section 143 Of Railways Act?

I was booked for selling Tatkal Train tickets using personal IRCTC profiles on the IRCTC website by the Railway Protection Force (R.P.F). 10 Tatkal tickets amounting to around 20,000 Rs. were confiscated from me. The RPF was pushing me to get at least two of my buyers to give testimonies against me, which I did but with my friends for whom I booked tickets for. They have also matched the bank/wallet transactions for the confiscated tickets. This is pretty much all the evidence that they collected before filing the charge sheet in the Special Railways Court at the District Session Court level. I understand that I could plead guilty and probably get away with a fine of around Rs. 10,000. But I don't want the criminal record that comes with it.
