Dear Madam, If your husband wish to get divorce then he may get such divorce on the ground of adultery. But it is not so easy for him to take any action against such guy who was in relationship with you.

Hello, your husband cannot sue him for having any sort of affair with you as he did nothing wrong to your husband but incase your husband wants to take any legal action he can only take it against you and that is Divorce, i dont know your religion so i cannot guide you properly with Law.
