My father illegal relationship with 4+ women without knowing of her husband .and one day we found the call recording of speaking women with sexual words, and he gave not money for us (me 21 years and my mother 48 years), my father's age is 57. At this old age his behavior like this is very shameful for me and my mother. He doesn't have any shame. We are strucking don't know what to do in this situation. What possible action we take because the government says adultery is not a crime. We want a clear explanation 1 woman is not a crime or many women is also not a crime. I hate this law of supreme court because of this law many monstrous criminals like my dad are glorified heroes.

if needs expenses then file a case of maintenance on behalf of your mother if against relationship then get the proof first and consult with the family of others whith whom your father had relationship

Dear friend, Donâ€™t blame the law. They protected the woman. If woman not co-operate then why man do such ugly things. Any you can lodge a complaint saying they are running brothel and book them for the said offences. Get some evidences and lodge complaint in his office saying he is leading illegal and immoral life and ask the department to suspend him and get issue FIR against him under the provisions of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 Dear friend, Donâ€™t blame the law.
