    - Legally you cannot withdraw the complaint/case from the court. - But , at the time of evidence, you can give contradiction in statement , to let him free from the offence.

    Since your action was based on the Non Compoundable offences it would be difficult for you to step back at this stage. Better'it would be for both of you to go for quashing of FIR in the High Court.     Well both section are non Compoundable Offence. You cannot withdraw the case. If there is Compromise reached between you and your Ex .Both of you can jointly file Quashing of the FIR in Concerned High Court only. Contact any Advocates in this Forum for your relief. or me through this Forum.
