  • Those advised are not easy. Only other trustees can file suit for rendition of accounts. Furthermore for any legal action against a trust should be done with the sanctions of AG.

    as such temple/masjid trust is a minor so you cannot directly sue them for any legal offence. but u can do the same by filing a suit against the mohtamim or the controller of the temple/trust. moreover you can also file a complaint against the said controller before Deputy Collector (only if he/she is not the controller of the temple/masjid trust, as usually Deputy collector acts as a controller to the same) directing them to maintain the balance sheet and put it to public eye when required
