    you can raise the funds through crowdfunding but limited to medical and social causes for yourself, since you wants to raise the funds to support the NGO, it may contain some complications, further, it will require permission of the concerned NGO

    Hi, Crowdfunding is illegal in India. So, To issue equity shares in India, companies need to comply with the provisions of the Companies Act,2013. The types of entities that are allowed to set up internet-based Crowdfunding Platforms to enable online solicitation from such investors, and the different associated aspects.
