You have to check the Trust documents alongwith the objects of constitution of the body. It will determine the competence of the Trust to dispose of the property in question. In the light of that the Trust will pass a resolution for selling the property showings the legal necessity to do so and will get permission from the authorities. If the things does not happen in this manner you should refrain from doing so. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and contact me telephonically for further discussion and explanation if required.

In order to guide you, it is necessary to peruse the Trust Deed. Better contact a local advocate for clarity or you may contact any one from this web side directly.

First and foremost thing you need to do is, to check the purpose for which the said "Trust is Formed". If the sale is against the purpose of the Trust, it is not advisable to purchase the property under discussion. You will be purchasing litigation. Further, get the same thoroughly checked by Local Advocate and also get the due diligence done about the same, if the opinion and report are clear, you may consider it.
