Supplementary Trust Deed For Adding New Trustees

First of all a resolution has got to be passed by majority of members showing their intention to add the new members within the bye laws of the Trust and to that has got to presented before the Registering Authority. You must pass a resolution and a copy of the same with covering letter to be produced before concerned Registering Authority and get Amendment of Original Trust Deed and include new Trustees.
