in the sub registrar for registration of trust deed

at first you register your trust deed with sub registrar of you area where you want to register your trust sub registrar office also called tehsil office then after register the deed you go to registrar of trust .registrar of trust may be a your SDM of your area

apply in sub registrar of society in your area with trust deed ,cash book, trustees ID proof with affidavit .

uh need to consult a lawyer for register trust deed don't go for the notary its not competent under eye of law.. only do register the trust deed... uu have to register near the area where uu have the office for trust... from where uu do all ur charitable trust office work...
