is there any law to protect people from pain due to supply of water to houses by ulhasnagar muncipal corporation at midnight around 12.am to 2 am... by researching on this issue i got news that there is a decision of high court on this issue " that not to supply water from 12 am to 6 am" i just wanna copy of dat judgement so dat i cn file an case against the authority..

you don't need to get judgement of high court.you can file PIL .first you should file a complaint to water bord Apex officer and ministry also.
