is there any law to protect people from pain due to supply of water to houses by ulhasnagar muncipal corporation at midnight around 12.am to 2 am... by researching on this issue i got news that there is a decision of high court on this issue " that not to supply water from 12 am to 6 am" i just wanna copy of dat judgement so dat i cn file an case against the authority..

If the action of the municipal corporation create public nuisance, you may approach Bombay High Court with a Writ Petition for reliefs you need.
