I along with my wife were going to Paris on 26th March 2020 for holidays. However, due to COVID-19 pandemic, the flight got cancelled. The travel ticket agent, airlines and travel insurance company, kept on saying that I will get a refund. But not all of sudden, all three of them are denying to pay anything. I have all the communicated documents over the mail. Please, suggest what actions need to be taken to get back my money.

First of all get a detailed Legal Notice served upon all the Three Parties. Then go for a Complaint with Consumer Court claiming your refund of tickets, Insurance Expenses, Damages, Mental torture, Inconvenience and other expenses.
