I have booked a ticket from Spicejet and due to lockdown domestic flights could not take off. Now spice jet is not refunding my amount and the whole amount is shifted in the credit shell. I just wanted to ask that can I get my money back by legal ways if they don't refund me.

Get a legal notice served first and then file a complaint before consumer court.
