Respected Sir, I have a domestic flight on 05/may/2020 and I booked this ticket on 13/April/2020. Due to lockdown 3, the flights could not take off and now airlines are not refunding the amount. I filed a case in the Consumer forum and I got the reply From spice jet immediately in which they denied to refund the money and claimed that the Government of India released the Circular in which tickets up to 03/May/2020 can be refunded. Now please guide me, respected Lawyers. How can I get my hard-earned money back?

Just continue your litigation it depends upon so many factors. Due to lockdown you have cancelled which universally known as such he cannot enrich on your money.
