Conviction होने की दशा में बर्खास्त किया जा सकता है।

Arrest होने पर suspend किया जाता है और रिहा होने पर नौकरी Restore हो जाता है।

There is no category as "minority government employees". But it is true that this category contaminate the entire sphere. According to service rules of all states and Central government an employee arrested should be immediately suspended whatsoever may be the charge.
