Show Cause Notice

Office of Assistant Custom Commissioner has sent me show cause notice regarding a parcel of mine which costs around INR 972. It is labelled as an adult toy. The letter mention that I have to appear for personal hearing on 18/02/2021, 22/02/2021 or 26/02/2021 for submitting the required documents in my defense or otherwise my item would be absolute confiscated and also I have to face penal action under section 112, Customs act 1962. I just want to know that this penalty includes Jail time or any legal action, because I live in Patna and I have to appear for the hearing in Kolkata, which I will not be able to do so. I have sent an email to the Kolkata Custom, and I am ready for the confiscation of the item and also ready to pay the fines. But didn't want any legal action or Jail time. Pls, help me.
