Will Section 112A And 111D Affect Our Carrier

I had ordered sex toy online last year and due to COVID was not at home. So it was not delivered. So it went back and today I get a notice for penalty under section 112(a) and section 111d and it is also mentioned that notice was shared in Oct 2020 and I didn't show up on the date mentioned. However, I was not available at that address. So I had not received it and was not aware of it. Can someone help with what can be done now so that it won’t affect my carrier or traveling to abroad or anything other things for me and family.
