1. I bought a TV Attachment which gives me freedom from DTH. 2. Name OCTA Air TV Antenna, price is around Rs. 2,000/- 3. I got a Call-Cum-Show Cause Notice from Mumbai Customs, telling me it is Walky-talky import of which is restricted S. T. NOC by wireless Planning & Coordination wing. 4 And that Product is confiscated U/s 111(D) of Customs Act & asking me show cause & Penalty should not be imposed.
