Drug license is required or not for online medicine delivery business without me

I am planning to do business in online medicine delivery business. My company will be involved in only medicine delivery from the nearby licensed pharmacy (company ties up) to the customer. We will not store any medicines. Do we require any drug license for this business?

Whether online or a retail seller you will have to get permission from the government as per the drug control ACt you cannot sell the medicine without a valid license from the concerned department.
