Spiked with illegal substance? How can I charge a file against this individual? It has been 7 months! I have come to realise this within the last two months. I was under treatment. I have lost my relationship, engagement, and in dire mental health, devastated! It was a BBQ house party where only that friend who slipped in the drugg and his gf was present and my mother and house maids. They were there. No one else. My gf was supposed to come but she didn't cz we had an argument.

Dear Sir, You can lodge a complaint with concerned Police explaining the grounds for delay. If no case is registered by the Police then approach Magistrate by filing private complaint.

Hello, you can lodge FIR but do this only if you have sufficient evidence against them, if not then the Court will not entertain your case at all and it will be wastage of your time, energy and money. If u wanna further discuss it you can contact me.
