Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this place you can go ahead and try to talk to him and resolve the situation amicabley if it does not work out then you can go at and issue him a legal notice stating him to stop doing what he is doing either you will take a legal action against him. Even if it does not workeout then you can go ahead and file on FIR against him in your nearby station
Legal Action can be taken under public nuisance.
Go to Police station and lodge a complaint. Kindly consult us for further legal advice.
First of all rather than going legally you should serve him a legal notice and in that notice you must write that either stop all these harassments or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station of your area. And if you wish to go legal then you can always file an application under section 156(3) CrPC for registration of FIR under section 268 that is "Public Nuisance" to the magistrate according to your jurisdiction. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
