Zero E challan has been issue against me

Question

Zero E challan has been issue against me and reason is driving in wrong lane in Lonavala. Status says sent to court. but i didnt drive in wrong lane and there is only 1 photo on the E challan  which is close backside photo .how do i fight against this and what kind of  information is required to fight back .

Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this case when there is a Sumon issue to you you have to go to the court and represent yourself.  you can hire a lawyer for that and try to get as much evidence as you can for instances CCTV footage in order to prove that you warrant driving in the wrongly lane of the road
