I have purchased a vehicle in cash. It was registered in Hyderabad. I had taken a NOC and RTO transfer to Bhubaneswar but was unable to reregister in Bhubaneswar. Now I am in Kolkata and want to register here. In the mean time more than a year had passed. Please suggest what to do.

Better take help of local lawyer dealing with these matters. You will be unable to do all formalities. Or approach any official of RTO.
