I had paid tax in Karnataka for my Kerala registration car. Since the supreme Court had ordered to return tax amounts, I had gone to rto office and claimed for the amount. But the officials didn't agree to this. Instead they suggested to re-register the car in Karnataka. So I'm looking for an attorney to deal with this case. My location is Whitefield in Bangalore. You can take the services of advocate for issuing legal notice to RTO Officer, if do not respond then you have to approach Court.
