Traffic Challan

A traffic challan has been issued in Feb 2019 and now in CJM court, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. When status of the challan is checked it says contact RTO/traffic to dispose the challan. 1) When RTO is contacted they say contact SSP office and traffic. 2) When Traffic is contacted they asked to contact CJM court. So please guide where to contact now to dispose the challan.
