Ancestral Property Dispute

We are 6 siblings (4 sisters 2 brothers) I am the elder brother. I got a job in the government sector in place of land ( It was aquired by Coal India Limited ) at that time my brother was underage (below 18). When he grew up my father gave him extra land to make everything equal. But after some years (now)he again started selling many of our property (land) and threatens me that I will eat up your job and is still selling land on sale deed and does not want to give me any of the land. My father also doesn't listen to me (even after I took all of him medical care ) all of these selling of land was done secretly. He has even started to make house even tho the land between us has not been distributed. Please help me.
