Land podi survey cancellation applied by us

Question

Can I cancel the land podi survey and maintain the old one? We applied for the podi survey in December 2021, and it was completed with a khata created. However, my cousin altered the podi sketch with the influence of a surveyor, and he is now attempting to occupy our land through haddubastu procedure. How can I defend against this, and is it possible to cancel the  podi?

Dear client,  Podi is the division of a survey number into parts according to law. Once divided, it's given a temporary podi number and then hissas. For example any imaginary survey number 4 divided into two equal parts, will undergo a podi involving survey, dimensions, boundaries. It will be called Survey 4/P1 and P2
