PWD road side shop issue

Question

My family have a road side land of PWD in possession for more than 30-35 years. and there is a normal land owner behind us. There was no problem till last year.the owner of that land sell his property to a different owner last year. Now the new owner want to build a shop behind my shop and he claiming his road side front i.e. my shop. Is this his right to do so.. or I can in possession of that land until the government or PWD wants? Please help me out. Thank you.

Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this case you don't have any right over that land. And the PWD can anytime take back the possession.

Dear client the principle of adverse possession cannot be applied to government land. So, you can claim no right over the PWD land and your possession over the land could only be till PWD takes action against you for dispossession.
