We have 4 acres of land. We converted this land from agriculture to non agriculture, but in NA copy it's mentioned commercial! storage and dumping ward, now we are planning to open mini digital theatre here but department people are telling it's not possible because it is agriculture farm-based NA

Hello Sir If it's a commercial land then you have all rights to open a mini digital theatre. The department people might be misguiding you i need for some bribe. It would be advised to first show your property papers to a lawyer for a better understanding regarding that property and to know for what all purpose you could use that for.
