So i am a student in SV AYURVEDIC COLLEGE, TIRUPATI, ANDHRA PRADESH which is maintained by Govt. + TTD (Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam). My college have this rule that they won't provide hostel accomodation to NON-HINDU students, but they're ready to give admission in course in college. So now, i am a muslim and i've came from assam to here and they aren't providing me the hostel. what should i do ?

Greetings, This is a case of sheer violation of fundamental rights which are enshrined under the Constitution of India, you may opt for filing a Writ petition against the govt. college before the High Court.

Dear client I am sorry to hear that what in this case you can obviously go ahead and file a case against the college for discrimination on the ground of religion. This is totally and infringement of fundamental right guaranteed under section 14 of the Indian Constitution
